Processing Time: All items are 100% handcrafted made-to-order. Current processing takes 2–3 weeks before dispatch due to high demand.
Shipping Time: International express delivery typically takes 8–15 business days (usually 10–13 calendar days).
Tracking: Tracking information will be emailed automatically once your parcel is inspected and handed to the courier.

Within 24 Hours: Full instant refund upon request.
After 24 Hours (Unshipped): Orders enter active studio production after 24 hours. For urgent cancellation requests before dispatch, please email miaomiaosquishy@outlook.com and we will do our best to assist.
After Dispatch: Shipped orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Return Policy: Due to the handmade nature of our items, all shipped sales are final.
Transit Damage (Damaged on Arrival): Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a continuous unboxing video. Verified damaged items will receive a free replacement.
Usage Wear: Squishies are consumable sensory items. Damage from playing or over-squeezing after unboxing is considered normal wear and tear and is not eligible for refunds.

We are a 100% genuine, independent artisan studio! You can watch our daily hand-crafting process, live unboxing, and studio packing videos on our official Tiktok and Instagram (@miaomiaosquishy).

Because our squishies are made-to-order rather than mass-produced in a factory, tracking numbers are generated only after your item completes its final vacuum inspection and is handed over to the express courier. Please rest assured your handmade goodies are on their way!

High summer temperatures combined with long-distance international transit can cause the trapped air inside airtight squishies to expand naturally. This is physics, not a popped or damaged shell!

How to check: Gently inspect the outer shell. If there are no physical tears or holes, your squishy is completely intact!
Easy Fix: You can simply acquire a small standard syringe needle locally to draw out the excess air by inserting it through the shell base. (Note: Due to international postal restriction policies on sharp objects, we are unable to include free needles in shipping parcels).
Our Guarantee: If the ball skin remains loose/unfitted after air extraction, or if the texture and size feel noticeably affected, please contact us at miaomiaosquishy@outlook.com with a quick video. We will happily send you a free replacement!
